1. What is Paypoint?

Answer: Shurjomukhi Paypoint is the first online payment portal in Bangladesh and it has the most number of payment options available. For details please read our "About Us" Page.

2. Can I use my international credit card at Shurjomukhi Paypoint?

Answer: Yes, you can use your VISA and Mastercard at Shurjomukhi Paypoint portal.

3. Are there any additional charges?

Answer: No, there is no additional amount or extra charge is added by us. i.e. if you top-up tk 100 to your Teletalk mobile, you will be charged exactly tk 100.

4. How and When I will get my Product/Service?

In case of Digital products you will get it instantly. Physical products will be sent to you over courier service and hopefully will reach to you by 3 working days. Details are given below:

Teletalk-Telecharge / Topup Service - Instantly to your phone after successful completion of the transaction.

Teletalk 3G SIM - After successful transaction and document verification the SIM will be sent to your address over courier service. Should reach to you within 3 working days.

Teletalk 3G USB Dongle - After successful transaction and document verification the SIM and Dongle will be sent to your address over courier service. Should reach to you within 3 working days.

Banglalion Cards - After successful transaction card number(s) along with pin(s) will appear on your device screen, will be mailed to the email address provided by you and as SMS to the mobile number provided by you.

Kaspersky Digital Products - After Successful transaction the "software key" will appear on your device screen, will be mailed to the email address provided by you and as SMS to the mobile number provided by you. You need to download the software from the link available in our site which you can unlock/renew with the provided key.

Kaspersky Techtitan - After successful transaction USB drive will be sent to your address over courier service. Should reach to you within 3 working days.

Prothoma Books - After successful transaction Book(s) will be sent to your address over courier service. Should reach to you within 3 working days.

Bangladesh Army Registration - Please follow the Bangladesh Army website instructions as provided.

Theater/Concert Tickets (Dristipat/Cadet College Club) - After successful transaction unique ticket number(s) will appear on your device screen, will be mailed to the email address provided by you and as SMS to the mobile number provided by you.

BIM/Gaming Nation Registration - After successful transaction unique registration success number(s) will appear on your device screen, will be mailed to the email address provided by you and as SMS to the mobile number provided by you. This will also be informed to the concerned authority.

5. Do I need to open an account in payPoint?

Answer: No, we do not require any account. Just fill up the web form and submit your payment.

6. How do I buy through cards?

At first know from your bank if your card is enabled for online transaction. If not then request them to do that. Ask your bank if you need any additional PIN number apart from the numbers provided on either side of your card. We strongly suggest you request your bank to enable "3ds security" or similar feature for your card to avoid fraud. This method requires you to input a secret PIN number during transaction which is not printed on your card. When you have all these information in hand ensure you have enough balance in your account and then head over to buy your desired service. The site will ask you the above information in time. 7. How do I buy through Mobile Wallet / bKash?

If you have a bKash acco nunt you can pay us through that. At first find out the price of the service/product you want to have. When you proceed to pay through bKash you will get our bKash mobile account number. Transfer that amount of money to our bKash account. After successful transaction you will get a transaction ID. Put that transaction ID and your bKash mobile number in our web site and wait for the transaction to complete. If it is not successful at the first time wait for 5 minutes and try again with the same unique ID provided by bKash. If it fails please contact at support@paypoint.com.bd.

8. I have submitted my card information but nothing happened. What should I do?

It may happen sometimes due to inconsistent internet connection during transaction. Also the process remain valid for a certain period of time. If the process takes place longer than that the transaction will fail without showing any reason on the screen. However first ensure your money has not been deducted. Most banks will send you an SMS whenever there is a transaction through your card. (If you don't have that service request your bank). If you don't have that service go to a nearby ATM booth and get a transaction history or call your bank customer support and ask if the transaction has been made. If the result is negative try again to complete the transaction. However if you find your account has been debited inform us immediately through support@paypoint.com.bd. You should send us the following information :

1. Name of the service/product you tried to buy.

2. Approximate time and date

3. Transaction amount

4. The exact email address you provided during transaction

5. The exact mobile number you provided during transaction

6. If possible the unique transaction ID displayed on your screen when you were asked to provide your card details

Please note we DO NOT preserve your card information so it is not possible for us to identify any transaction from the card number. However if we do not find the information of your transaction from the details you provide we might ask your card number (not the PIN number) to communicate with the bank and check for transaction details.

9. I have not done transaction from your site but my bank statement is showing debit entry from your site. What should I do?

In such cases we strongly recommend you immediately notify your bank to investigate the transaction. Since you have not done the transaction it will not be possible for you to send us the service detail. On the other hand since we do not keep any card information it will not be possible for us to trace the transaction. However bank will have unique transaction ID of the purchase through that we can trace the service/product transaction details. We will always try to help you but you have to provide us the required and correct information.

10. How can I make my online purchase more secure?

Do not share your card details with any one unless absolutely necessary. There is no reason for anyone to ask for your PIN number or secret number.

Enable 3ds security or similar feature which requires you to provide an extra PIN number not printed on your card during each transaction.

Ask your bank for notification service for each transaction through your card.

Periodically check your transaction history and investigate seriously if there is any unfamiliar transaction.
